Using this site

TeacherPay's calculators and guides are provided for general information and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal or pensions advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a financial decision. See our editorial policy for how we source figures.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Pro subscriptions and one-off purchases

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time via your account's billing portal, with access continuing until the end of the current paid period. One-off tool unlocks grant access for the stated number of days from purchase. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT.

Refunds

If a Pro purchase doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days for a refund. We handle these on a reasonable, case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep every figure accurate and up to date, but TeacherPay accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on our calculators or guides. Always verify a figure that matters against the relevant official source before relying on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
